EAP AUSProject Scope:

Branding, Illustration, Web Design, UX/UI Report

Collective Work for Real Client:

Team: Anastasia Cornelia, Edward Quong, Hui Shan Ho, Zy Thoong Lim
Client: EAP AUS & Connect Psych Services
Description:

EAP AUS is a separate brand under Connect Psych Services, an e-counselling health service provider aimed towards supporting the mental health and well-being of employees and working-class citizens. The new brand is a lite version of CPS’s current services, allowing small to medium organisations with tighter budgets to access professional e-counselling services that best support their employees.

The team worked collaboratively for the entire project. With each member focusing on executing different aspects, I’m responsible for executing parts of the branding and parts of the illustration.

Identity

The logo depicts an abstract form of a quotation mark and speech bubble, representing key brand values of client-centric, flexibility and confidentiality between employees and employers. The unique form conveys a human approach to symbolise the brand as professional and trustworthy.

Primary typefaces: Poppins;
Secondary typeface: Figtree.

We used clean, web-safe typefaces to ensure consistency for the brand’s online-based services and applications.

The primary colours are shades of blue to communicate the trustworthy and professional aspects of the brand.

Secondary pastel colours are mainly used for illustrations, together with the primary colours, adding a more human approach to create a balanced colour palette.

Illustration

Our illustrations convey a friendly and understanding nature, representing their commitment to approachability, empathy, and confidentiality. These illustrations effectively communicate essential information while fostering a caring and supportive atmosphere for employees.

Website

The website includes fewer features and analytics and acts as a shopfront that leads to a digital environment where users can access resources and book appointments with minimal steps.

Application

As EAP AUS provides online-based services, aside of business
stationery, we also created simple advertising posts as online promotional items.

UX/UI Report

With a thorough UX/UI evaluation of effective and ineffective features, suggestions for improvements will further optimise Connect’s current RISE platform, the resource centre and the booking platform on which their services are provided.
