She begins each project with a strong concept and thoughtful direction, crafting designs that prioritize simplicity, human touch and meticulous attention to detail.
Deeply inspired by cross-cultural exchanges drawing from her multicultural upbringing, Hui Shan loves infusing her work with diverse perspectives that foster meaningful connections.
Passionate about material sensibility, she also loves to explore the tactile qualities of paper, fabric, and other textiles to create designs that are as engaging to touch as they are to see.
