The Taiwan Film Festival in Australia is an annual event that provides a professional platform for Taiwanese and Asian Australian filmmakers to showcase and promote their works in Australia.
For this project, I developed the lanyard design and social media templates for film introductions. The festival’s main visual draws inspiration from the red bricks of Taiwan’s historic architecture, expressed through curved forms and gradients.
Building on this visual language, the lanyard design features a brick-like stacking graphic that reinterprets the architectural reference with a modern twist. A series of social media templates was also created using the same approach, establishing a consistent system for presenting film information across the festival’s communications.
